Here are some of my reasons why Forex Trading can be the worst job in the world if you do not know what you are doing!. It is not all doom and gloom because at each point I will give you the remedy or solution how you can solve the problem.
1.You can lose a lot of money really fast!
If you do not know what you are doing you can wipe out your account in record time.The forex market has no mercy and will take your money each time if you screw up.It is a sad statistic that more than 90% of all people that start trading fail.
Trading Remedy:
- Get a proper forex trading education.This includes all aspects of trading and not only a mechanical trading system that you trade like a robot.
- Proper money management and position sizing
2.You are constantly looking for the “holy grail” trading system
You find that you are constantly looking for a new forex trading system and it is driving you crazy.You find that you cannot stick to one system for even a short period of time.
When you jump from one trading system to another you are never successfull because you never master a system.
Trading Remedy:
- You only need to master one forex trading system or setup to be very successfull in trading.
- Find one forex trading system, master it and then stick to it like glue!
3.You spend all day in front of the computer trading
Some traders spend more than 8 hours each day trading.No wonder they burn out after a short time trading.Trading requires lots of concentration and 8 hours can feel like 16 hours.
Trading Remedy:
- There are basically 3 trading sessions per day and you do not have to trade more than one of the trading sessions.
- You do not have to trade more than 3 hours each day to reach your trading goals and make a lot of money.
